AUCTION TERMS - PLEASE READ!

  USA ONLY SALES AND REGISTRATIONS ALLOWED. No International shipments will be made. If you are an international customer and have a USA postal destination address, we will accomodate you, but with our prior consent only. You MUST contact us before registering or your registration will be removed from the system. All items sold, unless marked otherwise in listing, are FINAL SALES with no returns or chargebacks allowed. No exceptions! All items will be sold by their detailed descriptions and photographs AS IS, with no further warranty expressed or implied. We are not responsible for any errors in the listings, but do strive to show you many photographs and provide detailed information about each item up for sale. All sales on Klassy Jewelry and More will be FINAL and BINDING. If by chance there is a problem, it's up to our sole discretion, and ours alone, to accept a return from you. This will ONLY be considered if we feel we've grossly misrepresented an item in the listing. Otherwise as stated, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND BINDING when the auction closes and you are declared the highest bidder. No shipping charges will be returned - from our company to you or vice versa. You must insure any returns fully and ship back Priority Mail, if we give the okay to send back. If you ship an item or items back without our prior consent, we will not accept the package and it will be promptly returned to you as a Return To Sender. NO CASH REFUNDS are given. We will issue you a credit slip good for use on this website or on Belle City Auctions at Proxibid.com. It will be honored for one year from date of issue.

Some of our items offered may be consignments - but please note that everything you see up for bids or outright sale on the site are held here in our Racine, Wi. office and will be shipped directly from us to the high bidder/buyer. We personally inspect ALL items up for your consideration, to be sure of their condition and authenticity before listing, so BID OR BUY WITH CONFIDENCE!

As an auction house we are attempting to provide you, our customers, with a wide variety of wonderful items for your bidding consideration. We screen all jewelry and items presented to provide quality merchandise. We will NEVER knowingly auction anything that we feel is not as described to you. However, you must rely upon your own knowledge and judgment concerning the purchase and whether it meets with your approval. It would not be listed if it didn't meet with ours, but all auction items are being sold "WHERE IS, AS IS" and are FINAL SALES. No returns will be accepted for any reason, our consigners will be paid for the items (if applicable), and there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this. The item is now yours.

Need to call us for more information on an item before you bid? We welcome your calls. Phone Linda at 262-598-8477. We provide quality, detailed photographs of items offered and expect you, as a buyer, to examine these photos prior to bidding. BEFORE YOU BID make sure you are comfortable with the item. Please DO NOT BID, win or purchase the item and then ask questions before you decide to make payment. Remember, placing a bid or making a purchase in our auction is a legal and binding contract! As mentioned, feel free to email or call us BEFORE BIDDING with any questions about an item or items you may have an interest in and always check out the images we provide to further help you in deciding if this is an item you want to bid on and/or purchase.  

Once you have made a purchase or won an item, we will notify you with a winner's email. Then you add in the 10% buyers fee on the items won total, add your shipping/handling fees after that and 5.1% Wisconsin sales tax (if applicable). This will be the amount you send us for payment. All items require insurance and it must be added to your invoice total. See the AUCTION RULES area for more shipping, insurance information. All items won must be prepaid in full before we ship. NO APPROVAL OR CODS. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. Money orders only. We accept PAYPAL (user id for payment is klassyjewelry@yahoo.com), or VISA, MASTERCARD  to speed up your order processing!

5.1% Sales tax will be added to your order, unless you have a resale number which we will require you to provide us for tax exemption.

 IMPORTANT! Please understand that we hold all items for 7 days from date of winning to receive payment. Your payment must reach us within that that time period or items may be sold to next person on winners list. Please send funds promptly to avoid disappointment or use Paypal, Mastercard, Discover or Visa credit card for immediate processing.

If we are unavailable and the answering service picks up your call, please leave your name, information about your winnings and if you wish, your credit card information. Be sure to speak slowly, include your name as it appears on your credit card, your billing address for the card, the card number, the 3 digit security number on the reverse side and your telephone number in case we need to reach you.  If you have paid by credit card once, and you would like to use the same card again, no need to call; simply email us to use the card on file and we will ship your order out as soon as possible! PLEASE!!  For your own safety DO NOT PLACE YOUR FULL CREDIT CARD NUMBER OVER THE INTERNET unless you break the numbers and information up into 2 or 3 emails!!

USA SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders will be sent out via Priority or First Class Mail insured (our choice depending on order amount) within the 50 states via USPS. Sometimes we use UPS and will advise you if that's the case. All buyers will receive a Delivery Confirmation number for their package free of charge, if the USPS is used. UPS includes insurance up to $100 for free. REMEMBER! This does NOT include insurance. See below for more information and the current USA insurance rate chart.

INSURANCE INFORMATION FOR ALL BUYERS

We require insurance to be purchased for ALL ITEMS SOLD ON KLASSY JEWELRY & MORE. We will not be held liable for lost or items damaged in transit and will not reimburse the buyer. WE'RE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AN ITEM ONCE IT IS SHIPPED.

$0.01 to $50.00 - $1.65
50.01 to 100.00 - $2.05
$100.01 to $200.00 - $2.45
$200.01 to $300.00 - $4.60
$300.01 to $400.00 - $5.50
$400.01 to $500.00 - $6.40
$500.01 to $600.00 - $7.30.
Add 0.90 for each $100 or fraction thereof over $600.00 to $5,000.00.

EXPRESS MAIL delivery is available. Rates will be advised if you wish this fast mail delivery service. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. USA BUYERS/BIDDERS ONLY PLEASE! Once it leaves our hands and is in the mail to you, it's no longer our responsibilty for loss, delivery or time it takes to be delivered.
